Fonts

The CSSci’s visual identity makes use of two very characteristic and distinguished fonts, being modern & clean Roobert and sophisticated and timeless Reckless. The combination of a serif and sans serif font is what gives CSSci its visually appealing and characteristic appearance. The typography is used modestly. The Roobert font is used for most running texts and titles, Reckless is used for names, quotes and additional information.

Example

An example of how the Roobert text can be placed, how underlines are used and how Reckless is just a supportive type in the left bottom for minor details.

Dominant

Roobert

We use Roobert Light, Regular and Semibold as the main font type for CSSci’s visual identity. Therefore Roobert should be seen as the dominant type,  it should be used in all types of layouts and running texts. For all of these cuts, the italic is also available for use.

Supporting

Reckless

We use Reckless Light as the supporting type in this visual identity, which in this case means it will mostly be used for quotes, details and smaller texts. Every now and then a combination between the two can be found, more on this can be found in text treatment. The italic is also available for use.
